Gorgeous plates

These are beautiful plates... the matte black is actually black, not some strange color, and they have a hefty feel to them. Out of 30 pieces, only two were broken when they arrived. A quick email to the seller and I'm promised replacements within 2-4 weeks. Will update review when replacements arrive. Very quick response to email.

Dinner ware

I already had a set but wanted another set so I could make it an 8 plate setting. Now I have back up if I happen to break one. I love the dishes. They are awesome

Nice but may have scratches

I purchased this set of dinnerware because they were black and the shape I was looking for. The dishes are heavy which is good. But if a piece gets scratched the scratch will remain. Other than that I liked the set even though it was expensive.

Be careful. Not dishwasher friendly after 2 years

Purchased July, 2020 = now it's April 2023. These dishes scratch, the finish wears away and accumulates dishwasher stains way faster than the higher price should allow. After the second year, be prepared to wash these by hand only. Yeah, these are very cheaply made imo and not worth the price. Edges aren't straight, bubbles and other imperfections. Loses shine quickly. No diff quality made than those 4 place setting boxed sets one might find at a typical Walmart. Except the Walmart boxed versions are way cheaper. I finally threw out these Amazon Strawberry Street dishes, after 3 years, when my newest Gibson dishes order arrived.

dinner plates dont spin in the microwave

Due to the size, the dinner plates do not fit in the microwave. Which is more inconvenient then I thought it would be. Otherwise a nice set.

Great Value

This is a great set. It has besides the usual dishes for 6 a gravy boat, cream and sugar, salt and pepper etc. Ilove this set for everyday. This would be a great set for a single person or a great wedding gift. I know I will enjoy these for years to come.
