Fit my 3/4" drain hole

I have a Potomac kayak about 10 years old. Somehow I lost the original plug. I measured the plug hole and got 3/4 inches. This one fits great and seems to make leak free seal when I flipped the lock lever on the plug. Quality seems to be very good too. As with most things, time will tell. And the price is reasonable.

Fits Pelican paddle boat

We lost one of the plugs for the paddle boat. Ordered 2 of these and they fit the Pelican boat from Costco beautifully. Easy to install.

Tab snapped off after a month. Don't bother...

We use our kayaks about twice a month and this isn't even a part that gets used often as I don't usually get more that a tiny amount of water in my Pelican yak; it evaporates within a day or so. I was surprised that the first time I tried to open it, the pressure tab snapped off leaving to pull the plug out with pliers. About 2 weeks later, the second plug failed in the same way.

Worked For My Kayak!

Not sure what model of kayak I have but it’s a Pelican, holds 1 person and has an open hull area. I measured the hole before purchasing and found it to be 11/16” like this plug - this plug description also lists it being larger but that’s the diameter of the part that sits on top (1.25”). Seems to have a little handle that you use to lock it into place.

Purchased as a replacement for a lost kayak plug.

I couldn’t find a direct replacement for a lost Pelican kayak plug. I had to use a step drill to drill out the hole in the kayak in order for these to fit. I would have thought there would have been an exact fit replacement available. I had the tools to make the modifications to the kayak in order for these work.

Works Well

Bought as a replacement to the original screw-in drain plug that got lost on our Pelican Boost 100 kayak. It's a very tight fit, but it works. I'm expecting it will loosen up over time, as I almost don't need to lock it down to seal it.

To tight for pelican kayak

This is the third plug I have had for this kayak. The plug is hard to get in and out. I tend to get water in my kayak from my paddles. You have to use pliers to remove. The plug should be a bit smaller. Unfortunately this is the only plug that remotely fits.
